The upper combines a black suede base with a paisley-print leather overlay throughout the midfoot and heel. The white-on-black paisley design is repeated on the distinctive bug eyes embedded in the matching black Phylon midsole, with the largest pod surrounded by a repeating Supreme wordmark. Additional Supreme branding lands on the jeweled tongue tag and crimson sockliner, while Nikes Flight logo is embroidered on webbing pull tab affixed to the heel.
